Masterminded by an Italian genius who wore his heart on his sleeve, kicking every ball, making every tackle and celebrating every goal, Antonio Conte reshaped the Blues into a formidable force.

Thirteen consecutive wins took them to the top of the table, a position they never surrendered, in a season where Eden Hazard and Pedro were unplayable; Diego Costa scored crucial goals; Thibaut Courtois won the coveted Golden Glove behind a rock-solid defence; while N'Golo Kanté reigned supreme in midfield, collecting the PFA and Football Writers' Player of the Year awards. 

And the Bridge waved goodbye to a legend. John Terry's emotional farewell brought the curtain down on a fantastic career and a sensational season.
