Order Processing Policy

At Limelight Collection, we aim to ensure your orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. However, please note the following regarding our order processing times:

• Order Processing Times: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. During busy periods or for pre-order items, there may be slight delays.
• Stock Transfers: While we strive to keep most items in our main fulfillment warehouse, some stock may be stored at alternative locations. In such cases, stock will need to be transferred to our main warehouse before your order can be fulfilled. This may add 1-3 business days to the processing time.
• Communication: If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will notify you promptly via email.
